Role Overview

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is hiring a Yard Man to help keep the plant grounds and work areas safe, organized, and aligned with company standards and applicable regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Keep plant grounds, stockpiles, and operating zones clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Carry out housekeeping tasks and clean equipment areas, loading zones, and washdown spaces.
• Coordinate regularly with plant leadership to help support safe and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Use a front-end loader when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial, yard, or manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience operating equipment such as forklifts or loaders.
• Strong organizational ability along with clear spoken and written communication skills.
