Rosewood Doha is seeking a Wedding Butler to support the Events team in delivering polished, high-touch service for weddings, meetings, VIP functions, and other social or corporate occasions. This position combines guest engagement, event coordination, document preparation, and service support in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
The role covers guest-facing support, event administration, operational coordination, and luxury service delivery.
- Welcome guests and event planners professionally and conduct detailed show-arounds of meeting rooms, ballrooms, and event spaces.
- Explain venue capacities, layout options, event flow, and logistics in line with Rosewood standards.
- Capture client requirements accurately and keep the wider team informed of event details.
- Support the conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings through confident and refined hospitality communication.
- Prepare event documentation such as BEOs, floor plans, room setups, and operational notes.
- Share accurate event information with Banquet Operations, Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other internal teams.
- Assist the Events team during weddings, VIP occasions, meetings, and similar high-priority functions.
- Coordinate on-site requirements and help ensure readiness of all meeting rooms and venues.
- Produce buffet labels, food tags, menu cards, table cards, and special event signage as needed.
- Maintain luxury presentation standards, correct branding, and error-free formatting for all printed material.
- Track and organize templates and stock for printed event materials.
- Keep event files, calendars, and departmental checklists up to date.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal colleagues when follow-up is needed.
- Support daily briefings, prepare meeting minutes, and distribute revised documents.
- Maintain discretion, order, and professionalism across all administrative tasks.
- Deliver prompt, elegant, and accurate responses to guest and planner requests.
- Contribute to memorable experiences for social, corporate, and VIP events while upholding luxury service standards.
