About Us

We are growing our workshop operation and adding to the team to meet rising demand. We are looking for a seasoned, highly capable Watch Polisher to join our professional workshop in Farringdon, London. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most respected luxury watch names in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

In this position, you will restore and refinish luxury watch cases and bracelets to an exceptionally high standard, making sure every item aligns with both brand and internal quality requirements. You will work alongside the wider workshop team and handle a broad range of premium timepieces, with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and fine craftsmanship.

Required Experience and Qualifications

At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a professional watch polisher.
Background working either with a luxury watch brand or in a multi-brand watch workshop.
Excellent eye for detail and a strong commitment to high-quality output.
Solid knowledge of luxury watch finishing methods and manufacturer standards.
Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively within a team.
Strong English communication skills.
