Role Overview
This Warehouse Storeperson position is based at the new automated distribution centre in Leppington, New South Wales. The role supports the flow of stock to stores across Australia and New Zealand by handling picking, scanning, packing and dispatch preparation in a busy warehouse environment.
The morning shift runs Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm, making it an early-start, early-finish role within a fast-moving team supporting current operations and upcoming store openings.
Key Duties
- Pick, pack, label and verify orders prior to dispatch.
- Load and unload pallets and other stock movements.
- Support ticketing and pricing tasks for products.
- Receive, check and store incoming stock accurately.
- Prepare parcels for shipment by labelling them correctly.
- Help with stock counts and inventory checks efficiently and precisely.
- Keep the warehouse tidy, well organised and safe.
- Carry out additional warehouse tasks as needed.
- Unpack stock and hang styles where required.
- Assist the online order fulfilment process, including pick, pack and dispatch.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability for Monday to Friday work, specifically during the 6:00am to 2:00pm morning shift.
- Previous exposure to RF scanning, pick packing or dock work is an advantage.
- Experience as a warehouse assistant is beneficial, though not essential.
- Strong accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Comfort working manually and handling high volumes of work.
- A history of meeting KPIs and performance targets.
- Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated, positive and can-do approach.
- Dependable, on-time and consistent in attendance.
