About the role

Arrae is scaling rapidly across multiple sales channels and adding new warehouse locations. The company is looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Analyst who can keep inventory, shipments, and freight performance running smoothly while supporting a fast-growing wellness business focused on holistic health and high-quality execution.

What you will do

  • Coordinate inventory movements between warehouses in the US and Canada to improve stock placement, maintain safety levels, and support both B2B and direct-to-consumer replenishment.
  • Handle all inbound inventory from manufacturers, vendors, and other partners, making sure goods are received, put away, and distributed accurately and on time.
  • Work with customs and border-clearance processes in partnership with brokers and freight partners.
  • Track warehouse productivity, fulfillment performance, and inventory accuracy, including lot numbers and expiry dates.
  • Oversee aging stock by arranging disposal or donation when needed.
  • Review inbound and outbound freight spend, transportation performance, carrier service levels, delivery timing, and freight claims.
  • Look for ways to improve shipping routes, transport modes, and carrier selection.
  • Prepare freight reports and transportation cost analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist with contract reviews and carrier negotiations using data-backed insights.
  • Support supply planning and sales & operations planning processes.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Service to improve fulfillment outcomes for customers.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Demand Planning to align inventory strategies across the business.

What the company is looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inbound processing, and inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with customs procedures and cross-border shipments.
  • Background working with third-party logistics providers.
  • Experience in CPG, eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability and a strong eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with EDI systems is highly desirable.
