About the role
JurongHealth Campus is seeking a Ward Service Associate to support patient care across different disciplines. The role is centered on delivering attentive service and helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized ward environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous and responsive service to patients.
- Distribute meals and beverages to patients and clear trays after meals.
- Verify that the meals served match the patients’ meal orders.
- Support day-to-day inventory control tasks.
- Keep the workstation and surrounding areas clean and ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Assist nursing staff in meeting patients’ nutritional requirements.
- Handle patient information with care, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Strong interest in healthcare and patient service.
- Minimum education level of GCE N Level or an equivalent qualification.
- Background in food and beverage service is helpful, though applicants without direct experience are also encouraged to apply if they are passionate about healthcare.
- Good customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Self-driven, independent, proactive, and able to collaborate well with others.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work staggered shifts, including rotating weekends with one Saturday or Sunday each week, based on operational needs.
- Availability for working hours between 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Ability to work on public holidays.
