Role Overview
The team is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join the floor crew in Berlin on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
Your main focus will be the guest experience within your assigned section, from greeting and guiding guests through the service flow to recommending dishes and drinks, suggesting add-ons, and handling payments. You will need to know the food, wine, and cocktail range in detail, support the opening and closing of the dining area, and keep the floor clean, organised, and aligned with health and safety standards. The role also calls for a friendly, energetic presence that helps create memorable moments for guests, supports teammates during busy service, and approaches challenges with a practical, solutions-first mindset.
Skills and Experience
Success in this role requires a naturally warm personality, a genuine enthusiasm for Italian cuisine, strong teamwork, and a proactive approach. You should be comfortable communicating with guests, able to deliver excellent customer service, and bring prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant. Availability on evenings and weekends is also important.
