Role Overview
As VP Sales EMEA, you will lead regional revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working closely with the executive leadership team. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and coaching the EMEA sales organization, improving pipeline quality, and driving performance across new business and expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and deliver EMEA revenue targets together with the executive team, with a focus on new business, expansion, and pipeline quality.
- Grow the regional sales function in both size and capability, while managing the team at a second-line leadership level.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure strong opportunity qualification, effective deal execution, and consistent performance tracking.
- Coach sales leaders and account executives on complex enterprise deals, including those involving multiple stakeholders such as owners, investors, and boards.
- Build influential relationships with important industry players to strengthen market visibility and improve penetration in core EMEA markets.
- Promote a culture built on excellence, energy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in B2B or enterprise sales leadership.
- Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership position with a track record of outperforming targets and elevating team results.
- At least 3 years leading a multi-country EMEA sales organization in a fast-moving growth environment.
- 4–5 years of prior success as an individual contributor in a customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of vertical SaaS, including the idea of software acting as the operating system for the customer’s business.
- Solid understanding of the ticketing industry and its commercial dynamics.
- Background from a top-tier consulting firm, major tech company, or high-growth startup/scale-up is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams across different European markets.
- Fluency in English plus at least one additional language.
- Analytical thinking, urgency, adaptability, and a willingness to learn quickly through iteration.
- Experience leading by example and creating a high-performance culture.
