Role Overview
As Vice President focused on Olympic consulting and hospitality, you will lead experiential, engagement, and hospitality strategy for Olympic and Paralympic clients. The role is centered on building strategic programs that strengthen partnership assets and deliver measurable business impact.
You will act as the senior lead across major accounts in the global event environment, overseeing integrated teams from early experiential planning through final reconciliation. In addition, you will serve as the main executive contact for clients and take full responsibility for global experience and hospitality delivery, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard.
This position includes oversight of one or more accounts and direct reports. You will guide teams through the full planning and execution lifecycle while safeguarding the overall health of each client relationship. The role calls for a strategic advisor, a trusted partner, and a hands-on leader who can turn client goals into strong execution through bold creative thinking.

What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end Olympic and Paralympic programs with a strong focus on hospitality and brand experience.
- Serve as a strategic advisor with deep knowledge of global event hospitality and the Olympic/Paralympic movement.
- Build and present compelling client proposals and presentations that clearly communicate strategy, value, and direction.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, products, market trends, and competitive landscape to define the underlying business need.
- Guide high-level client conversations, anticipate needs, and recommend proactive solutions that support business goals.
- Oversee client account financial performance, including revenue and margin alignment, pricing support, and budget management.
- Partner with internal teams to produce financial reporting and insights that support revenue recognition and planning.
- Drive new business development efforts from prospecting through contract negotiation and client acquisition.
- Mentor and guide internal teams while promoting innovation, operational efficiency, and excellence in growth initiatives.
- Lead high-performing cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative culture built on feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience and Capabilities
- Experience leading complex Olympic and Paralympic strategy and managing high-touch experiential programs.
- Ability to develop strategic recommendations and turn client objectives into actionable consulting solutions.
- Strong client account management skills, including financial oversight, pricing support, and margin awareness.
- Track record of supporting growth through new business development and contract negotiation.
- Leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams and developing senior team members.
- Ability to create persuasive client-facing proposals and presentations.
- Strong business understanding, including industry analysis, competitor awareness, and trend monitoring.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance; a 401(k); an employee stock purchase plan; vacation; personal days; and paid holidays. Employees may also be eligible for disability insurance, life insurance, and FSA/HSA plans, subject to the terms of the applicable benefit programs.
