The position calls for strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple geographies. You will ensure consistent global execution while adjusting plans to fit local market realities. This role offers the chance to lead a flagship vendor relationship with meaningful revenue ownership and long-term strategic influence.
Accountabilities
- Lead the worldwide HPE portfolio and keep growth momentum strong across all regions.
- Set and implement a multi-year transformation roadmap focused on higher-value solutions in cloud, networking, data and AI, security, data center, and services.
- Coordinate a global matrix structure and keep regions, countries, and business units aligned.
- Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with HPE leaders to secure financial, technical, and program support.
- Own the global business cadence, including monthly and quarterly performance reviews and governance routines.
- Work with internal transformation and next-generation teams to design differentiated go-to-market approaches and solution offerings.
- Drive initiatives from strategy creation through regional and local rollout.
Requirements
- At least 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, or vendor management settings.
- More than 15 years of leadership experience building and managing teams in large, global organizations.
- Proven success in strategic planning, go-to-market delivery, and large-scale vendor partnership management.
- Strong background in matrixed organizations and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, hardware, software, and channel ecosystems.
- Commercial and technical strength, with the ability to turn technology capabilities into business strategy.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders worldwide.
- Demonstrated negotiation ability, consensus-building skills, and a track record of driving win-win outcomes.
- Strong organization and execution skills, with the ability to manage several high-priority initiatives under pressure.
- High ethical standards, good judgment, and strong interpersonal effectiveness in multicultural environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline preferred.
- English fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Benefits
- Senior executive position with global scope and substantial strategic influence.
- Competitive compensation aligned to executive-level responsibility.
- Broad benefits package adapted to local country standards, including healthcare and insurance support.
- Strong emphasis on leadership development and executive career progression.
- Access to global learning programs, training, and professional certifications.
- Inclusive international workplace with strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Opportunity to participate in global initiatives, communities, and leadership networks.
- Flexible working culture that supports both autonomy and global coordination.
