Role Overview

The company is hiring a meticulous, experienced, and service-oriented Visa Officer to manage visa and immigration workflows while ensuring a high-quality client experience. The role demands accuracy, strong compliance awareness, and the flexibility to work with evolving regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full visa and immigration journey for clients so each case progresses efficiently and without disruption.
  • Support applicants through every step of the process, including checking documents, completing forms, arranging appointments, and carrying out follow-ups.
  • Submit applications and supporting papers on time, staying aligned with government rules and stated deadlines.
  • Examine client information carefully to confirm it is correct, complete, and in line with legal and procedural standards.
  • Draft visa fee estimates, answer client questions, and explain documentation needs for different countries and visa categories.
  • Stay informed about visa policy changes, embassy notices, and updates in immigration laws.
  • Develop and sustain professional working relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • Own assigned cases end to end and keep clients updated promptly on the status of their applications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in visa application handling.
  • A bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with commitment to excellent service.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy setting.
