About the Company
Sky Group is a UAE-based business group focused on travel and tourism. Its portfolio includes Sky Sham, which handles visas, bookings, and travel consulting; Sky Tours, which offers tourism packages; and Sky Zoner, which supports UAE business setup services.
Role Overview
Sky Group is looking for a Visa Specialist to join the Sky Sham team. This position combines hands-on visa processing with client-facing sales responsibilities, including managing inquiries and closing bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Schengen visa applications as the main focus, while also supporting multi-country visa cases for UAE residents.
- Check all supporting documents carefully and confirm that each application meets the relevant visa criteria.
- Coordinate follow-ups with embassies, consulates, and authorized visa application centers.
- Handle client communication through WhatsApp, phone calls, and face-to-face discussions.
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales and work toward monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in visa services, preferably with a strong Schengen background.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and sales abilities, with the confidence to work under client pressure.
- Sound understanding of European embassy procedures and country-specific visa rules.
- Careful, structured, and deadline-oriented approach to document handling and case management.
Preferred Background
Experience in a travel agency or a visa services company will be an advantage.
