Job description
Role Overview
The company is hiring a Visa Consultant for its Ahmedabad operations. This role is suited to candidates who can guide clients through visa-related processes, check supporting paperwork carefully, and coordinate with the relevant authorities when needed. The position is available at two Ahmedabad locations: Iskcon Cross Rd, Sanidhya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, and Sarabhai Main Road, Gujarat 390007.
Work Schedule
This is a 6-day working role with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Compensation
For experienced candidates, the budget is up to 35,000 per month, plus incentives.
Interview Process
Interviews will be conducted in person in Ahmedabad or Vadodara.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support clients with visa requirements, document preparation, and application processing. The role also involves reviewing submitted forms and papers for accuracy, coordinating with embassies, consulates, and other concerned authorities, and keeping track of updates in visa rules and policy changes. The consultant may also need to attend company events and travel for visa-related work.
