In this role, you will help grow consumable medical and dental product lines through remote, consultative selling. The position is centered on developing lasting relationships with clinics, distributors, and assigned accounts, while uncovering opportunities to increase revenue. You will operate in a digital-first sales setting, speaking with customers virtually to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions. The job blends sales delivery, account management, and commercial awareness to support business growth across multiple product groups. You will work closely with field sales colleagues and internal teams to create a smooth customer experience and strong commercial results. This is a strong fit for a sales professional who enjoys a structured, remote, and customer-oriented environment.

Key accountabilities

  • Run consultative sales discussions online with current customers, prospects, and newly won accounts to create demand and improve revenue.
  • Handle customer questions, orders, and service requests promptly while maintaining a high standard of satisfaction.
  • Keep customer activity, opportunities, and sales history up to date in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Work with field sales teams on targeted campaigns, lead generation, and virtual promotional activities.
  • Spot opportunities to sell additional consumables, accessories, and related products.
  • Prepare customized quotations that clearly show technical and commercial value.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements in line with customer needs and business goals.
  • Provide effective after-sales support to strengthen satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate account plans and execution with internal field representatives and distributor partners.
  • Stay informed about market movement, competitors, and product updates to improve customer conversations.
  • Support broader sales planning and commercial strategy when required.
  • Record sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer feedback accurately in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, account management, marketing, or commercial positions.
  • Experience or training in commercial, dental, medical, or healthcare-related areas is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in virtual, digital, or remote selling environments.
  • Comfort handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaints through a consultative approach.
  • Strong interest in technical or medical products, with the ability to understand product usage and value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
  • Native or near-native Spanish is mandatory, solid English is required, and Italian is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package based on experience.
  • Fully remote role with flexibility in how the workday is organized.
  • Chance to work in a global, established medical and dental technology setting.
  • Structured sales processes with support from field and internal teams.
  • Opportunities for career growth in an expanding commercial organization.
  • Exposure to advanced medical and dental consumable portfolios.
  • Collaborative, team-focused culture with strong cross-functional interaction.
  • Access to modern CRM and digital selling tools.
  • Continuous training and product learning to support development.
  • Stable environment with a strong emphasis on customer relationships and long-term engagement.
