Role overview
KAST is seeking a VIP Relationship Manager to nurture long-term connections with its most valuable customers. In this position, you will act as the main contact for VIP clients, providing attentive support, personalized assistance, and access to special experiences. The role blends relationship management, customer success, community engagement, and event planning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with KAST’s VIP customers and strategic accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP questions, concerns, and escalated issues.
- Reach out proactively to understand client needs, collect feedback, and strengthen retention.
- Plan and deliver exclusive meetups, events, and curated experiences for VIP clients and partners.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall client journey.
- Spot opportunities to increase engagement and drive deeper product usage among premium customers.
- Monitor client sentiment, account performance indicators, and relationship quality across the VIP portfolio.
Required background
- At least 3 years of experience in VIP relationship management, customer success, account management, private banking, wealth management, or luxury hospitality.
- Prior exposure to fintech, crypto, payments, wealth management, or broader financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to earn the trust of high-value clients.
- Experience overseeing a set of premium customers or strategic accounts.
- Very well organized, with strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-first environment.
- Capable of coordinating events and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
