Role overview

This position is for a creative and well-organised videographer and photographer who can handle the full production cycle for visual content used in both internal communication and external marketing activity. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing professional video and photography that reflects brand standards and supports marketing goals.

What you'll do

  • Develop video ideas and briefs, starting from the concept stage through to final handover
  • Arrange filming timelines, including site coordination, permissions, and access requirements
  • Produce high-quality video and still images across live projects, offices, events, and employee stories or interviews
  • Make sure all visual material follows brand rules and company messaging
  • Carry out post-production work such as colour correction, graphics, captions, and audio/music integration
  • Tailor content for different channels, including social media, websites, and internal platforms
  • Keep digital assets well organised and easy to retrieve
  • Work closely with marketing teams and other stakeholders to support campaigns and storytelling efforts
  • Help improve the quality and impact of video and photography output in line with the wider marketing plan

What we're looking for

  • Background in videography and photography, preferably in a corporate or marketing setting
  • Strong practical knowledge of video production and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Audition
  • A portfolio showing a varied range of video and photographic work
  • Proven experience managing projects from initial concept to final delivery
  • Good understanding of composition, lighting, sound, and storytelling techniques
  • Ability to organise work, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with others
  • Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity

Desirable experience

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or other project-based environments
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
  • Experience with drone videography, including any relevant licence where required
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and optimisation for those channels
  • Experience maintaining digital asset libraries
  • Interest in storytelling and creating engaging visual content
