Role overview
Ryanair is hiring an Internal Videographer to support its internal communications efforts. This is an opportunity to join Europe’s largest airline group at a time of major growth, with plans to expand to 800 aircraft and serve 300 million guests over the next eight years.
The successful candidate will be part of a communications team supporting a workforce of more than 29,000 employees. The role involves creating engaging video content for staff communications, employer branding and recruitment support, along with other internal media needs. Work may include filming major events abroad, producing training content in Dublin, and creating campaign videos that help connect employees across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Work with teams across the business to source, develop and assemble content for the internal communications platform, Workvivo.
- Capture live events on video and turn them into engaging internal content.
- Plan, film and edit videos that showcase employees, the airline network and everyday life at Ryanair.
- Create video assets that support recruitment activity and hiring campaigns.
- Liaise with important stakeholders to meet wider business communication requirements.
- Track how well internal video campaigns perform and use feedback and data to improve future content.
- Respond to employee queries connected to internal communications in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Keep up to date with current trends and effective practices in video production to bring fresh ideas into the team’s work.
- Take ownership of the organisation, maintenance and operation of video equipment.
- Produce graphics and other content that helps drive employee engagement.
- Handle additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in videography, content creation or a closely related role.
- Hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Canva.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, agile environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once.
- Solid capability in video production and editing.
- Experience with motion graphics and graphic creation.

The role calls for an ambitious and driven candidate with at least 1 year of video experience. It may involve travel for shoots such as cabin crew awards in Spain, incentive videos in Lapland, or training content in Dublin.
