Job description
Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore (Navlakha), Madhya Pradesh. The budget for the role is up to 30K.
Key responsibilities
- Work toward defined goals in design, video creation, editing, coordination, and task execution while collaborating closely with the team.
- Use Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects at a professional level.
- Stay current with new developments, tools, and trends in graphic design and video production.
- Create template-led videos, corporate videos, and essential animation videos with basic to intermediate proficiency.
- Complete the assigned task sheets and reports needed to run and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow instructions exactly as shared verbally or in writing through communication tools such as Google Hangouts, email, SMS, WhatsApp groups, or similar online/offline channels.
- Build original design elements, caricatures, characters, doodles, and related creative assets as part of the learning curve.
- Understand social networking, internet platforms, and viral marketing campaign concepts.
- Contribute creative ideas for fresh and innovative marketing approaches.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in and checking out on time, and ensure disciplined, timely delivery of work.
- Keep all task sheets and reports updated for campaign execution and management.
- Share progress updates and submit reports as required by the assigned management members.
- Work according to the day’s priority list and coordinate with teammates to implement trending ideas, illustrations, and design practices aligned with industry standards.
- Review content carefully and take responsibility for basic spell-checking and accuracy checks.

The role is based in office in Indore, Navlakha.
Compensation
The stated budget is up to 30K.
