Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across the business, including financial planning, workforce management, asset oversight, and coordination with executive leadership to support profitability.
  • Design, lead, and execute a comprehensive strategy for operations and customer support.
  • Guide and develop senior leaders, while promoting strong management practices from both an operations and sales standpoint.
  • Review existing standard operating procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and manage issues by exception in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Track, evaluate, and communicate operational workflows, budget performance, and key business metrics.
  • Work with executive leadership to build the annual business plan and provide long-range forecasting for growth and expansion.
  • Partner with the sales team to increase revenue by strengthening, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Previous experience at the director level or higher.
  • Background in managing and developing both in-office and remote teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to apply analytical and technical skills to understand needs, build solutions, and execute programs effectively.
  • Proven success in leading an organization through substantial profitable growth over a sustained period.
  • Solid operational and financial judgment, with measurable experience in planning, implementing, and delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
