Role Summary

This is a full-time remote leadership position responsible for shaping and driving the company’s worldwide sourcing and procurement agenda across suppliers, materials, and service partners. The role owns the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying and evaluating vendors to negotiating contracts, managing ongoing performance, and safeguarding quality, reliability, and cost control. The VP will create global category strategies, align procurement priorities with growth plans, and work closely with design, operations, finance, and marketing to support product launches and entry into new markets.

• Build and execute a global procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with business expansion goals.
• Lead supplier discovery, assessment, negotiation, contracting, and performance oversight across international networks.
• Develop category strategies that improve cost efficiency, quality, and supply reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and market growth initiatives.
• Improve procurement and supply chain workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Drive cost-saving programs, value engineering efforts, and total cost reduction initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Deep experience in procurement and supplier management, including work with complex global vendor ecosystems.
• Strong background in supply chain management and strategic planning tied to business growth.
• Proven success in cost reduction, value engineering, and total cost of ownership analysis without compromising brand or quality standards.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor risk oversight, and KPI-based performance management.
• Leadership experience in developing and mentoring distributed, diverse teams.
• Experience in consumer products, fashion, jewelry, or a similar sector is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or a certification such as CPSM or CSCP is beneficial.
