Learn In Labs (LIL) is an education-focused initiative built around interactive simulations that help learners strengthen critical thinking, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making. The idea is to move beyond simple information delivery and instead support students in learning how to question evidence, understand systems, and make sound judgments in an AI-driven world.

The platform is designed to let students work through realistic scenarios, test assumptions, examine results, and learn through exploration. LIL is being developed by Noorjax Consulting, a company working in simulation, modeling, optimization, and decision-support solutions across sectors. The goal is to extend this expertise into education and build a scalable venture that can make a meaningful impact on how students learn.

This is a remote role, but applicants must be based in the United Arab Emirates.

Role Summary

The Venture Lead will drive the expansion and adoption of Learn In Labs. The position combines strategy and execution across school partnerships, business development, fundraising, market validation, and overall venture growth. The person in this role will help shape the direction of the initiative and build strong relationships with schools, educators, and organizations aligned with the mission.

School Partnerships and Business Development

• Build and grow relationships with schools and other educational institutions.
• Find and secure pilot schools that are open to testing the platform and sharing feedback.
• Turn pilot collaborations into long-term customer relationships.
• Develop a steady pipeline of prospective school clients.
• Present the platform to school leaders, academic directors, and other key stakeholders.
• Handle partnership discussions and commercial terms.

Pilot Program Management

• Recruit schools to participate in pilot runs.
• Coordinate the rollout of pilot programs with participating schools.
• Collect organized feedback from teachers.
• Review pilot outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the Learn In Labs team to refine the platform based on what is learned from pilots.

Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships

• Research and pursue grants, education funds, foundations, accelerators, and similar funding sources.
• Create partnership proposals and funding applications.
• Build connections with organizations that support educational innovation.
• Explore sponsorships and other strategic collaboration opportunities.

Venture Growth

• Contribute to pricing decisions, go-to-market planning, and expansion strategy.
• Help establish performance indicators and growth targets.
• Spot opportunities to enter new regions and education systems.
• Represent the initiative at events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Ideal Candidate

The right candidate will bring a strong education-sector network and prior exposure to ministries of education, schools, educational organizations, NGOs, foundations, or edtech companies. They should be comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, have experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or educational leadership, and enjoy building something new from the ground up. Strong independence, ownership, communication, and presentation abilities are essential.
