We integrate medical expertise with AI, gaming technology, and empathetic care to support women through this often-overlooked life stage. Since 2022, we have offered video consultations with gynecologists and clinically validated digital therapeutics, which are covered by health insurance. Our mission is to demystify menopause and provide comprehensive, human-centered support. We are seeking passionate individuals to help shape the future of women's health.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Freelance Venture Assistant to provide crucial support to our founders. This role involves managing key operational areas including accounting, HR administration, documentation, people and vendor management, and special projects. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on establishing structure in growing companies, refining processes, and ensuring the dependable and efficient execution of operational tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist with bookkeeping duties, such as processing invoices, gathering and organizing receipts, liaising with external service providers, and maintaining precise financial records.
  • Manage and maintain our HR information system, Personio.
  • Support founders with various stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, performance reviews, and personnel documentation.
  • Develop, maintain, and continually enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and instructional guides.
  • Aid in procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and contract administration.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative assistance to the founders.

Skills and Values

  • Proficiency in standard productivity tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Experience with Personio is considered a valuable asset.
