About the Role

E-TALK IKỌBỌ Marketplace is a digital trade platform designed to help people and businesses buy, sell, and complete transactions within a secure multi-vendor environment. The ecosystem is supported by wallet-based payments and blockchain-based infrastructure, with a focus on making cross-border and everyday commerce easier, faster, and more inclusive.

The company is expanding its vendor base and is hiring remote Vendor Recruiters to bring new merchants onto the marketplace. This role is centered on identifying, approaching, and helping businesses complete the onboarding journey.

What You'll Do

  • Search for prospective vendors through both online and offline channels.
  • Present the marketplace value proposition to merchants and business owners.
  • Support vendors as they register and move through onboarding steps.
  • Assist with verification and activation of vendor accounts.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and onboarding progress.
  • Work with internal teams to strengthen vendor acquisition approaches.
  • Take part in campaigns or local activations when needed.

Requirements

  • Prior exposure to sales, business development, recruitment, or outreach is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and convincing abilities.
  • Comfort in reaching out to merchants and business owners.
  • Ability to use tools such as WhatsApp, email, and CRM software.
  • Basic familiarity with e-commerce or online marketplaces is an added advantage.
  • Interest in fintech, digital payments, or Web3 is beneficial.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • English fluency is required.
  • Turkish or another regional language is a strong plus.
  • Remote work from any location is supported, with occasional virtual coordination or local activations depending on region.

Additional Information

This position is part of the company’s effort to expand its merchant network globally. The work may occasionally involve coordination sessions online or local promotional activations based on regional needs.
