Role Overview

The Vendor Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of NFV operations and help non-food vendor partners succeed on Talabat. This role sits within the Vendor Coordination Team and includes carrying out the quality checks needed for non-food partners. The focus is on keeping partners satisfied, well-supported, and able to achieve strong results while meeting the KPIs assigned to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep partner inventory information current through daily updates, including prices, stock levels, new SKUs, promotions, and catalog content.
  • Track pickers and monitor order flow.
  • Set up workforce rosters and related processes so picker resources are used efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to vendors and help resolve their issues.
  • Launch and manage vendor-led promotions on the platform.
  • Help vendors learn and use internal systems and tools so order handling becomes more efficient.
  • Work closely with partners to reduce delays and solve the main causes behind them.
  • Train, retrain, and support partners on Pelican.

Qualification Summary
