About the Role
Chery Automobile is a major Chinese automotive manufacturer with an international presence across more than 80 countries and regions. At the R&D Center in Raunheim, close to Frankfurt, the company is hiring a leader for its Vehicle R&D Quality team. This opportunity is suited to someone who wants to work with a growing group of skilled and motivated professionals building vehicles tailored for the European market.
What You Will Do
- Set clear and consistent standards for production quality, product quality, and customer service.
- Spot risks early and address them using root-cause analysis and preventive actions before issues escalate.
- Conduct both internal and external quality audits, then prepare thorough reports summarizing the results.
- Strengthen the team through coaching, mentoring, targeted training, and performance reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail.
- Chinese language proficiency, very good English, and additional languages are an advantage.
