Role Overview
As a Driver / Trade Sales Assistant with Specialized Construction Products, you will be part of a busy team supporting customers and internal operations. The role combines product delivery with in-store and operational support, offering a varied day and the chance to build new capabilities as the business continues to grow.
Employment Details
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. Standard working hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. A full New Zealand driver licence is required. The role is onsite.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and operate EFTPOS payment systems.
- Assist with stock counts and help maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Follow all safety procedures and standards while carrying out daily work.
- Load and unload products efficiently and transport materials as needed.
- Deliver strong customer service, observe road rules while transporting goods, check inventory against orders, keep vehicle records up to date, and report any vehicle faults to management.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is customer-focused, communicates well, manages time effectively, and can stay resilient in a busy environment. A Class 2 or Class 4 licence would be an advantage, and support can be provided if you do not already have one. A forklift licence or F endorsement would also be beneficial, with support available if needed.
