Job Details

Position: Valet Attendant - Full Time

Location: The Edition, Miami Beach, FL

Pay: $13.00 per hour plus tips

Shift: Afternoon shift

This is a fast-moving, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys interacting with people and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive guest experience by handling questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work through customer issues quickly and use practical judgment to resolve problems.
• Know the local area well enough to provide directions, including streets, landmarks, and highways.
• Communicate valet pricing and procedures clearly to guests.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and document any visible issues or findings.
• Follow traffic regulations and safe driving practices at all times.
• Report accidents, hazards, or policy breaches to management without delay.
• Arrive punctually for all assigned shifts and remain dependable throughout the schedule.
• Wear a complete and neat uniform during the full shift.
• Support supervisors with other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a valet attendant is required.
• A valid state driver’s license with the current address listed and a satisfactory driving record is necessary.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a strong advantage.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including second shift, third shift, and weekends when needed.
• Should be able to read, write, and communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Basic math skills are needed to handle U.S. currency and understand written instructions or memos.
• Applicants must be able to provide legal work authorization documentation if selected.
• Need to stay composed, follow directions, and adapt to delays, changes, or unexpected situations.
• The role requires frequent standing and walking, along with the ability to use hands for cash and equipment for long periods.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, and balancing may be needed.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Must remain attentive, professional, and safe in a busy environment.
