As a UX/UI Designer at AMD, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our product release cycles. Your primary focus will be on communicating and collaborating with team members to conceptualize and craft user interface designs and user experience solutions for both new and existing software products.

We are seeking an enthusiastic UX/UI Designer with a deep passion for PC and console gaming. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for technology at an enthusiast level. You should have a proven history of delivering successful outcomes and a portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for shipped PC and mobile software applications.

• Oversee and manage the user interface and user experience for AMD's software offerings.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and define new features, as well as enhance existing ones within our products.
• Determine the user interaction pathways and flow for both new and existing product features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to develop engaging and effective designs.
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
• Spearhead research, design, and user testing initiatives aimed at elevating the overall AMD Software experience.
• Deliver high-quality results efficiently and within established timelines, providing realistic estimates for task completion.

• Demonstrated expertise in User Interface design, encompassing mobile, desktop, and responsive design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including the effective use of components, prototyping, and developer handoff processes.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to expedite the exploration of UI concepts and content variations, validating design choices through user feedback and product constraints.
• A strong history of successfully meeting deadlines and adhering to ambitious project schedules.
• Several years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer for software products.
• A pronounced interest in PC Gaming.
• A comprehensive portfolio that highlights shipped product work and clearly articulates design decision-making processes.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification in a relevant field such as Arts, UX/UI Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
