Job description

Role overview

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to craft distinctive, user-focused digital products for clients around the world. This is a full-time onsite opportunity in the United States, and it offers exposure to international stakeholders while working closely with a core team. You will also have the chance to contribute to a range of projects for major organizations, including companies from the Fortune 50 list.

Experience and core profile

The ideal candidate should bring at least 2 years of commercial experience creating web and mobile products. You should be comfortable working across both web and mobile design, with a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates the quality of your work. Applicants are expected to include links to portfolio samples such as Dribbble, Behance, or Figma in their CV.

Design knowledge and tools

A solid grasp of visual UI design methods for both web and mobile applications is essential. You should also have deep UX knowledge, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design. Strong command of professional design tools is required, with Figma as mandatory. Experience with Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin will be considered an added advantage.

Language and growth mindset

English communication at an upper-intermediate level or above is required. The company is also looking for someone who is eager to learn, welcomes feedback, and wants to keep developing professionally.

Selection process

The hiring process includes the following stages: submitting your CV and cover letter along with a portfolio, a screening call with a recruiter, a practical test task, and a final cultural-fit interview with the hiring team. The screening call typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes, and feedback on the test task is usually shared within 3 to 5 business days. The test task itself is expected to take up to 1 day.

Who this role suits

This opportunity is best suited to a UI/UX professional who enjoys designing software products, collaborating with international clients, and contributing to a growing company environment.
