Role overview

This position is for a mid-level to senior technical recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, especially in direct-client environments. The role calls for someone who can identify and engage high-quality technical talent, coordinate closely with hiring stakeholders, and help deliver a smooth and positive candidate journey. The recruiter may also guide and support junior team members while handling priority roles in a fast-moving setting.

Work location and schedule

The job is based in Raheja Mindspace, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. It follows a night-shift schedule from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and requisition closure.
  • Manage direct-client hiring requirements and act as a trusted advisor on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring approaches.
  • Build sourcing pipelines through job boards, social platforms, direct outreach, networking, and other creative talent acquisition methods.
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to finalize role expectations, shape job profiles, and align hiring plans.
  • Use ATS platforms, recruitment CRMs, and sourcing tools to track candidates and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Handle several priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment and contribute independently when needed.
  • Support, coach, and mentor other recruiters to improve team performance and adoption of best practices.
  • Monitor hiring metrics, prepare regular updates for management, and highlight progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable United States employment laws and regulations.

Experience and profile expectations

  • Overall experience should be around 2 to 5 years in technical recruitment.
  • At least 3 years of that experience should involve working with direct clients in either an agency or corporate environment.
  • A strong grasp of technical hiring needs across areas such as software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and other emerging technologies is important.
