Job Description

We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and engaging with top IT talent for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to managing the offer process. This is an onsite position requiring strong communication and recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for and attract high-caliber candidates using US IT professional networks and various job platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate sourcing through to the final offer acceptance.
