Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Uniform Administrator to manage uniform stock, distribution, and appearance standards. The role is centered on making sure employees receive the right sizes, uniforms remain in good condition, and company presentation requirements are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee uniform allocation and make sure every employee receives an appropriate fit.
- Monitor stock levels, keep inventory records current, and flag any mismatches or shortages.
- Check uniform condition and coordinate repairs, replacements, or alterations when needed.
- Liaise with tailors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet uniform requirements.
- Enforce uniform policy compliance and maintain records related to employee appearance.
- Operate stock movement and record updates using the company’s software systems.
Candidate Profile
- Strong command of English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma.
- Comfortable using a PC and working with stock or inventory management software.
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy in handling uniforms and records.
- Good interpersonal skills for working across departments and communicating with external vendors.
Preferred Background
- Prior exposure to fashion, textiles, or uniform-related work is an advantage.
- Experience improving processes or making inventory handling more efficient is a plus.
