You will work side by side with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn business goals into designs that keep the user at the center. Success in this position calls for a strong mix of creativity, analytical ability, and problem-solving so the final digital products feel smooth, useful, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Study users through research, competitor benchmarking, and usability reviews to uncover needs, friction points, and opportunities.
- Build user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and clear design documentation.
- Create clean, intuitive, and visually strong interfaces for web and mobile experiences.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style references, and reusable interface elements.
- Partner with product and engineering teams from concept through implementation.
- Convert business goals and user feedback into practical design solutions.
- Run usability tests and refine designs based on the results.
- Keep branding, visual language, and user experience consistent across all products.
- Design responsive experiences that work smoothly across devices and screen sizes.
- Champion accessibility, ease of use, and user-first design practices.
- Showcase design ideas, user flows, and prototypes to internal stakeholders.
- Keep up with new design trends, tools, and industry approaches.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve digital products.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work and the thinking behind design decisions.
- Hands-on ability with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Practical experience building wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
- Awareness of responsive design, accessibility requirements, and mobile-first design methods.
- Exposure to front-end technologies and development workflows is helpful.
- Strong eye for visual design, including typography, layout, color, and content hierarchy.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to juggle multiple assignments and deliver on deadlines in a busy environment.
- Careful attention to detail and a strong commitment to high-quality design work.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Interest in innovation, creativity, and ongoing learning.
