Job description

Role overview

We are looking for a highly creative, user-focused, and detail-conscious UI/UX Designer to craft engaging digital experiences that are both attractive and easy to use. This role centers on designing clear interfaces and smooth interaction patterns that support usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction across web, mobile, and software products.

What you will do

You will work closely with product, research, and engineering partners to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Your work will turn concepts and complex requirements into wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and refined visual designs that support a seamless experience.

The position also involves contributing across the full product lifecycle, from early research and concepting through usability testing and design iteration. A strong sense of design thinking, problem solving, and human-centered design is essential to succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Create interface designs for web, mobile, and digital products
  • Build user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual assets
  • Design interaction patterns that improve ease of use and engagement
  • Carry out user research, usability reviews, and design evaluations
  • Structure information and navigation so users can move through products easily
  • Partner with product, engineering, and research teams throughout the design workflow
  • Use user-centered methods to address complex design problems
  • Maintain consistency across design systems, components, and visual guidelines
  • Apply accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices in all designs
  • Explain design ideas, reasoning, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Keep design files, documentation, style references, and assets organized

Requirements

  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and user-centered design approaches
  • Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Knowledge of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
  • Strong creative judgment and problem-solving capability
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards
  • Ability to convert user needs and business goals into practical design solutions
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good time management and the ability to handle several priorities at once
  • Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to keep learning and improving design practices
