Role Overview
This internship is a remote opportunity for a UI/UX Designer Intern to work with cross-functional teams on digital product design. The position centers on creating interfaces that are both attractive and easy to use, while also supporting some front-end development work. The intern will contribute to research, design iteration, mockups, and prototyping to shape better user experiences.
Key Work Areas
- Build mockups and prototypes for digital products and features.
- Refine visual design elements to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Work alongside different teams to translate ideas into user-friendly interface designs.
- Support front-end development efforts where design and implementation overlap.
- Study user needs and use those insights to inform design decisions.
Qualifications
- Comfort with mockup creation, visual design, and prototyping tools and workflows.
- Background or exposure to user experience design and interface planning.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development to coordinate effectively with developers.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and close attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Enrolled in a degree program in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Able to collaborate remotely and keep up with deadlines in a team setting.
