Job description
About the Role
Blue Dart is looking for a TSR for the JOG role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a field-based, full-time position focused on pickup, delivery, route development, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dependable customer service by ensuring pickups and deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Carry out field operations for shipment collection and delivery within the assigned area.
- Make sure shipments picked up from the route are properly connected for onward movement.
- Build and expand the assigned territory or route.
- Increase business from customers already operating within the route.
- Identify and generate sales leads.
- Respond to customer questions and offer the required assistance.
- Maintain personal grooming and keep updating knowledge of products and operational processes.
