About the workshop role
You will become part of a cohesive and high-performing workshop team, supporting the upkeep of the company fleet through washing and minor maintenance tasks. The role is built around structure, reliability, and quality outcomes, with plenty of scope to work independently while still contributing to a respectful team setting.
What your day will involve
- Working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work when required
- Standard shift time of 2:00pm to 10:06pm
- Cleaning trucks and equipment thoroughly and with attention to detail
- Carrying out minor maintenance tasks on fleet and workshop equipment
- Following established procedures and safety requirements at all times
- Assisting other trades staff when needed in a coordinated and professional way
- Receiving overtime penalties where applicable
