The Travel Support Advisor helps clients navigate the travel planning journey by offering prompt assistance, coordinating trip arrangements, and keeping the process smooth, clear, and well organized. The position values strong communication, careful checking, and reliable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client questions and requests related to travel.
- Help organize travel details such as lodging, transport, and activities.
- Check itinerary information and booking records to make sure they are correct.
- Share updates, confirmations, and other key trip information with clients.
- Assist with edits, adjustments, or changes to existing travel plans.
- Keep client information accurate, structured, and easy to track.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with customer service abilities.
- High attention to detail and good organizational habits.
- Capability to handle several tasks and deadlines at once.
- Comfort using digital tools and online booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-driven.
- Background in customer service, administrative work, or hospitality is an advantage.
