Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Mannarkkad, Kerala. The person in this role will help clients plan and book travel, build customized itineraries, coordinate reservations, and keep every trip organized from start to finish. The job also involves responding to customer questions, delivering responsive service, and maintaining accurate travel records so that bookings and itineraries align with client needs.

What the role involves

  • Supporting customers with travel planning and trip arrangements.
  • Designing personalized travel plans based on client preferences.
  • Handling reservations and related booking processes.
  • Ensuring a smooth and well-managed travel experience for each customer.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing helpful customer support.
  • Keeping travel documents, booking details, and itinerary records organized and up to date.

Required profile

  • Hands-on knowledge of travel consulting and travel operations.
  • Ability to coordinate travel plans and manage reservations efficiently.
  • Strong customer service approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Good attention to detail and solid organizational ability.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior familiarity with Southeast Asian destinations is beneficial.
  • Experience using travel booking software or tools is an added advantage.

Education preference

A bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
