Conbun is building a fast, reliable digital service that connects pet parents with certified veterinarians in under 30 seconds. Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur for someone who can strengthen and grow Conbun’s pet-parent community, especially around travel-related needs. The role centers on helping pet owners plan trips with their animals, stay safe while traveling, and access veterinary support away from home. The person in this role will work across online and offline channels, coordinate local gatherings and events, build useful travel resources, and partner with veterinarians and other collaborators to improve the experience for traveling pet parents.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain an active community of pet parents with a focus on travel-related support and engagement.
  • Interact with members through digital platforms as well as offline touchpoints to keep the community connected.
  • Plan and run local meetups, community events, and travel-oriented initiatives.
  • Work with veterinarians and external partners to develop practical resources for pet travel.
  • Create and share content that encourages safe, informed, and stress-free travel with pets.
  • Develop community growth plans and put them into action to increase participation and reach.
  • Handle member questions, concerns, and feedback in a prompt, helpful, and empathetic manner.
  • Use feedback and observations to suggest improvements to the service and community experience.
  • Track engagement data, prepare updates, and share insights with leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry gatherings, community events, and related activities as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should bring strong community-building ability, excellent communication skills, and a comfortable, customer-focused style when dealing with pet parents. Experience moderating online groups or managing member communities will be useful, along with solid organization and project planning skills for campaigns and events. A genuine interest in pets, travel, and technology is important, as is the ability to quickly understand the company’s services and platform. The role also calls for confidence with digital tools, social platforms, and feedback collection systems, plus the flexibility to work from Jaipur and travel occasionally for outreach or events.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Social Sciences, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience. Prior exposure to community management, travel services, pet-related businesses, or startup environments will be considered an advantage.
