This position is best suited to someone with around 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or business change who wants a broader role with stronger commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and highly organised working style.

Education and background

  • Degree-qualified from a leading UK university, ideally a Top 20 institution.
  • A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Useful academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar subject.
  • Prior experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure would be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
