Job Description

We are seeking a Training Program Development and Registration Officer to design, develop, and update training programs and workshops in alignment with the center's vision and educational standards. This role involves collaborating with instructors to define learning objectives, structure course content, and ensure well-organized materials and schedules. Daily tasks include managing participant registrations, maintaining accurate records and databases, and providing clear information and support to prospective and current learners. The position also entails monitoring program performance, gathering feedback, and working with the team to enhance training quality and the learner experience.
