Role Overview

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting the complete training cycle. This includes identifying learning needs, planning sessions, developing and coordinating training activities, monitoring execution, and reviewing outcomes. The role requires close coordination across multiple training events and strong capability in handling end-to-end training operations.

Eligibility and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • An active certification as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or an equivalent credential.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or similar position.
  • Prior hands-on experience in organizing several training events simultaneously.
  • Strong familiarity with instructional design concepts and how to apply them effectively.
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems and online delivery tools.
  • Ability to manage the full training lifecycle, from assessment to evaluation.
  • Understanding of both traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, both spoken and written.
