Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Lancaster Based

Role overview

Blu Digital partners with well-known brands such as Deliveroo, Pepsi, and The Body Shop, with a focus on digital and ecommerce recruitment for some of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-growing companies. The role is based in Lancaster and follows a hybrid setup with three days in the office and two working from home.

What you will do

This opportunity is open across multiple levels, including Trainee, Senior Consultant, and Team Leader. In the position, you will reach out to clients by phone to win new business, then strengthen those relationships through frequent online and face-to-face meetings. You will identify talent using advanced search techniques across several platforms, assess candidates through purposeful questioning, and align them with suitable clients by understanding both sides of the brief.

You will also use negotiation, influence, and persuasion to help secure strong outcomes. In addition, the role involves writing persuasive sales copy and applying basic content marketing methods.
