About the Role

As the Trading Manager for Fraser Cove, you will take ownership of all shop-floor trading areas, including Entertainment, Technology, Apparel, Footwear, and Price Integrity. Working closely with the store leadership team and reporting to the Store Manager, you will help ensure merchandising and trading standards are consistently met, the Manager's Trading Plan is delivered, and pricing accuracy and product availability stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for recruiting, guiding, coaching, and inspiring the team so they can perform well, enjoy their work, and deliver strong results. A key part of the role is shaping the store's presentation and overall customer experience through effective leadership and team execution.

What We're Looking For

The preferred candidate will be a confident leader with prior retail management experience. You should be able to understand plans and turn them into action, communicate clearly in both writing and speaking, and work well within a team environment.
