Role overview
This opportunity is for a commercially minded trade sales professional who enjoys winning new business and strengthening long-term customer relationships. The position is focused on owning a territory, growing the brand, and spotting opportunities in a competitive and fast-moving environment.
As a Territory Sales Specialist in the Trade Division, you will be on the front line of relationship building and revenue growth. The role suits someone who is energetic, persuasive, and motivated by results.
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to uncover growth potential.
- Develop deeper partnerships with key customers in your territory.
- Use market intelligence and business data to stay ahead of competitors.
- Represent and sell across multiple brands, including BNT, Autolign, HCB, JAS, and others, to create value for customers.
- Work alongside branches, category managers, and key accounts to make effective commercial decisions quickly.
What we're looking for
You should be more than a sales representative; the ideal candidate is a trusted business partner, a strong negotiator, and someone who consistently delivers results.
- Demonstrated success in B2B or trade sales.
- Several years of experience in sales.
- Confidence using CRM systems, customer profiling, and territory planning tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong influencing ability.
- A persistent, resilient, professional, and proactive approach with a strong hunter mindset.
- Advantageous: experience in a highly competitive trade-related industry.
- Advantageous: experience growing key accounts or managing trade network relationships such as Capricorn.
