About the Role
This position is focused on supporting TikTok Shop operations while delivering a smooth, helpful, and enjoyable experience for customers. The ideal hire will be organized, quick to respond, and comfortable handling e-commerce support tasks from a home-based setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer conversations across TikTok Shop, chat, email, and phone, making sure replies are timely and accurate.
- Support shoppers with product questions, order handling, shipment tracking, returns, and problem resolution.
- Keep product information, inventory, and order progress updated inside the TikTok Shop platform.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep operations running efficiently and to maintain a positive customer journey.
- Remain up to date on TikTok Shop rules, features, and market trends to help improve store performance.

Candidate Profile
