To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated TGA (Technical Building Equipment) Calculator (m/f/d) with technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a keen economic sense to create precise offer and project calculations.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently prepare offer and project calculations for TGA projects.
- Perform calculations based on service specifications, functional descriptions, or client requirements.
- Obtain price inquiries from suppliers and create price comparisons.
- Develop cost-effective alternatives and optimize project expenses.
- Present and submit calculations in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Support the sales department with technically sound calculation documents for all TGA service areas, covering both industrial and public projects.
Desired Qualifications
- Successfully completed training as a Technician (m/f/d), Master Craftsman (m/f/d), or Technical Business Administrator (m/f/d), or alternatively, commercial training with technical understanding.
- Several years of professional experience in calculating technical offers.
- In-depth knowledge of HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers).
- Industry experience in TGA, architecture, environmental technology, or building construction is advantageous.
- Strong cost awareness, analytical thinking, and economic understanding.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of a calculation software is desirable.
- Structured, meticulous, and independent work style.
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
