Job Responsibilities
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets within a performance-driven setting. This role involves leading a team of sales consultants, delivering impactful sales presentations, and successfully closing deals. You will also play a crucial role in training team members to enhance their effectiveness as sales executives. Key duties include resolving conflicts among team members and with customers, nurturing strong client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additionally, you will identify prospective customers and new business avenues, collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge for effective selling. You will also be tasked with training, motivating, and coaching your team members.
Candidate Specifications
The ideal candidate will possess substantial direct sales experience, a strong focus on achieving results, and a proven ability to execute strategies effectively. Excellent leadership and people management capabilities are essential, along with high energy levels and a passionate approach to work. A strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to leverage human capital are also key requirements.
