Job description
Role overview
Join the Invercargill region’s high-performing At Home sales team as the Territory Sales Manager. In this position, you will represent Coca-Cola Europacific Partners across your customer territory and play a key role in driving growth. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Sales Manager.
What you will do
Your focus will be on lifting sales volume and product ranging, making sure stores are well presented and executed, and partnering closely with customers to help expand both their business and ours. Success in this role comes from a strong competitive mindset, a focus on targets, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. You will also need to take a strategic approach to selling, understand customer needs, and use that insight to deliver strong results.
Travel throughout the region is required, and some days will involve being on the road for most of the day.
About you
The ideal candidate brings energy, motivation, determination, and a mature approach. A self-starting attitude is important, along with the ability to spot opportunities and convert them into outcomes. Prior work experience from any industry is valued, as it suggests commitment and staying power. Because the role is fast-paced and varied, you will need to plan well, work efficiently, and adapt easily to changing demands.
Benefits
You will receive a strong employment package that includes product allowances each month, a vehicle provided as a tool of trade, and a bonus of 12% of base salary. Permanent employees also have access to 8.5% KiwiSaver and superannuation options. Additional support includes a wellbeing programme with a gym subsidy, proactive healthcare, and an EAP helpline, plus employee experiences such as competitions, conferences, and recognition initiatives. You will also have access to a well-established learning and development programme to support your future career growth.
